We have been involved with Steve in a somewhat complicated transaction buying a home with senior residents who are downsizing and require extra time in moving. In the early stages of the transaction Steve respected my timeline while helping me do my own market analysis...and then advised me on his market insights. Steve walked us through a situation with multiple offers above listing price, and was able to work our offer into the mix to convince the sellers to accept our offer. The sale also included the sale of personal property and an extended leaseback to the sellers, which we are currently still working with Steve after the sale to negotiate. Steve has been good with keeping up communications, which I respect since he keeps quite busy.
